Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Each of the four bedrooms is uniquely appointed with bird-inspired themes. The recently renovated primary suite offers a luxurious escape with its own private balcony. Another bedroom, the 'Yellow Room,' also boasts a private balcony. Four full bathrooms ensure convenience for all guests.
Entertainment: The fun continues in the entertainment bunk room, a versatile space for all ages. It features a multi-function table that easily converts for a game of pool or ping pong.
Outdoor Living: Enjoy the fresh coastal air from four distinct outdoor spaces. Ascend to the captain’s walk for breathtaking ocean views, or gather around the fire pit for cozy evening conversations under the stars.
Occupancy Restrictions and Rules
- Minimum Age of Primary Renter must be at least 25 years old
- Absolutely No Onsite Parties or Group Events allowed while on property
- Maximum Guests allowed is 13
- No Pets are allowed
- No Smoking of any kind is allowed
- Please be respectful to neighbors as we have Quiet Hours from 10.00pm-8.00am.

This is the media/entertainment room complete with a game table convertible for pool, ping pong, or playing. Full bath with standing shower. |
